Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities: Execute marketing/brand strategy prescribed by PMT; Plan and budget for existing products along with executing brand strategy; maintain cordial relationships with key customers; provide guidance and support to PSRs/SBOs in execution of sales processes; Provide inputs for new products from conceptualization to launch, drive all pre-launch processes for own region; conduct post launch audit for new products Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company goals. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive sales, marketing, and operational performance. Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Monitor regional KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast trends and shape long-term business plans. Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations. In depth understanding of Indian pharmaceutical industry, customer segments, customer behavior, competition 🔹 Qualifications: A graduate degree in any Science stream with preferably an MBA with at least 2 years of experience as an RSM in any other pharma company in specific area of Speciality. Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing high-performing teams. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
