About the Opportunity: We’re now looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Regional Business Director who can help us establish and scale our footprint in the North & West India. Who You Are: Around 15+ years of experience in corporate consulting or business advisory Proven track record in business development , selling consulting services , and managing CXO-level client relationships Has deep experience and network with SME and Family Business segments of these markets and has handled both markets. Entrepreneurial mindset – you see opportunities where others see challenges Aggressive and target-driven , with the confidence to build something new A self-starter who is willing to work on a revenue-share model (no fixed compensation initially) Deep understanding of regional dynamics, business culture, and client expectations in Northern and Western markets Preferred Candidate Profile – A professional who has been based in these markets for a significant duration , with a strong understanding of the region’s business landscape, cultural nuances, and relationship-driven approach to consulting and growth.
