Job Description

Drive expansion of existing business channels into target Tier 2+ locations Work closely with partner organizations to ensure penetration in the market Drive monthly sales targets for business channel in target locations Support customer complains and escalations by maintaining trackers and directing customers to relevant support teams Drive monthly/ quarterly meets of partner sellers and other campaigns from time to time Responsible for end to end execution on campaigns, drives, roadshows etc. as designed by the central team. Coordinate with regional marketing, property and other internal stakeholders for driving new concepts and scaling existing concepts Market research of demand and supply of CECD in rural markets Skills and Attributes 1. Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience 2. Good understanding about regional market of Consumer electronics & durables 3. Excellent Communication skills - Fluency in regional language mandatory 4. Ability to work with cross functional teams and drive desired output 5. Customer Orientation 6. Flexibility & adaptability 7. Good comprehension and problem-solving skills 8. Agreeable to extensive traveling in rural locations (15-20 days a month)
