Regional Branch Development Officer

In this role at Apna.co, you will be responsible for spearheading business and servicing for MGBC clients in the assigned region. Your primary focus will be to support target fulfillment for scheme-based and direct sale targets to the branches/region. Your main responsibilities will include: - Bringing in business from existing and new clients by establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with Branch Managers and staff in your allocated region. - Providing training to new employees and ensuring timely updates on MGBC products when necessary. - Travelling within and around the region/branches regularly. To excel in this role, you are expected to meet the following qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate. - Sales experience in financial products, banks, insurance, etc. is preferred. - Freshers with strong sales skills are also welcome. - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in channels, dealers, B2B, D2C. In addition to the qualifications, the following personal skills will be crucial for your success: - Strong communication skills. - Fluency in the local language. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage teams effectively. - Highly self-motivated. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel.
