Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Audit Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement an annual audit plan for the assigned zone, focusing on high-risk

areas within retail products.

Ensure all branch audits are conducted efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with

the company's internal audit methodology and regulatory guidelines.

Oversee the entire audit lifecycle, from planning and fieldwork to reporting and follow-up.

• Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and train a team of Team Leads and Team Members.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the

professional development of the audit team.

Foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the

team.

• Risk & Control Assessment:

Identify and evaluate risks related to branch operations, including credit, operational, and

compliance risks.

Assess the effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate these risks.
Provide recommendations to enhance control environments and operational efficiency.

• Reporting & Communication:

Prepare and present detailed audit reports to the Head of Internal Audit and senior

management.

Communicate audit findings clearly and concisely, highlighting key risks and providing

actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with business heads and branch managers to ensure the timely and effective

implementation of audit recommendations.
