Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Sales Engineer based in Thane. Responsibilities include designing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote refrigeration products and solutions. The role involves providing technical support to clients, building strong customer relationships, and understanding client requirements to offer tailored product recommendations. The Refrigeration Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and knowledge of refrigeration systems and solutions
• Proficiency in Technical Support and ability to address customer queries and technical issues
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Demonstrated ability in Sales, with experience in achieving sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Willingness to work on-site in Thane and travel as required
