Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Sales Engineer located in Pune. The Refrigeration Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, providing technical support to customers, and solving client issues related to refrigeration systems. Daily tasks will include expanding the customer base, maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure top-level service and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience in refrigeration industry is a plus
