Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Ac,Fridge,Washing Machine Technician to join our service team. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all types of washing machines (semi-automatic, fully automatic, and front-load/top-load). The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on washing machines.
• Install and service different models and brands of washing machines.
• Replace defective parts and ensure proper functioning after repair.
• Provide regular maintenance services to customers.
• Explain repair details, costs, and preventive measures to customers.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls.
• Follow safety standards and company service guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Washing Machine Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of washing machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various brands and models.
• ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Refrigeration or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel for service calls.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy appliances.
