Job Description: Referral Marketing Executive Position: Referral Marketing Executive Department: Marketing & Business Development Location: [Insert Location] Reports To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head About the Role We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Referral Marketing Executive to drive patient acquisition through doctor referrals, corporate partnerships, and medical camps. This role requires frequent field visits, relationship building, and execution of outreach initiatives to generate consistent patient inflow. Key Responsibilities Doctor Referral Development Regularly visit local doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners to establish and maintain referral relationships. Educate doctors and their staff about the hospital/clinics specialties, treatment options, and success stories. Build a strong referral network to generate consistent patient flow. Corporate & Community Engagement Identify and tie up with corporates, industries, and institutions to conduct health awareness programs, fertility talks, and large-scale medical camps. Plan, organize, and coordinate on-ground medical check-up camps and health awareness events. Act as a point of contact for corporate HR/administration teams for wellness initiatives.
Field Marketing & Outreach Distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets, posters) in key areas, ensuring strong visibility. Maintain a database of doctors, corporates, and camp leads for regular follow-up. Work closely with the digital/creative team to support outreach campaigns with on-ground execution. Tracking & Reporting Maintain records of doctor visits, corporate meetings, and camp activities. Track patient inflow from different referral sources and report performance weekly. Provide feedback from the field to improve campaigns and services. Key Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 13 years of experience in referral marketing, business development, or hospital outreach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits, doctor meetings, and camp setups. Strong organizational skills for event and camp coordination. Basic knowledge of healthcare/medical industry is a plus. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of doctors onboarded as active referral partners.
Number of corporate tie-ups and camps conducted. Patient inflow generated from doctor referrals and camps. Lead-to-patient conversion ratio from outreach activities. Growth in monthly referral-based appointments.
