Reference Data Services Analyst

As a Reference Data Services Analyst 1, you play a vital role in ensuring the quality of tasks and services provided by remediating data in Clients and Security Coding systems, conducting trend analysis, proposing solutions based on root cause analysis, collaborating with global teams, providing excellent customer service, managing ad-hoc projects, presenting measurable metrics to Management, and assessing risks. Key Responsibilities: - Remediate data in Clients and Security Coding systems. - Conduct trend analysis and identify root causes. - Propose solutions based on root cause analysis. - Collaborate with global teams to enhance data quality. - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. - Manage ad-hoc projects from start to finish. - Present measurable metrics to Management. - Assess risks when making business decisions. Qualifications Required: - Experience in data remediation work streams and projects. - Managing client static data in a capital markets environment. - Taking ownership of assigned tasks, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary. - Possessing financial services-related qualifications will be advantageous. If you hold a Bachelor's or University degree, or possess equivalent experience, and exhibit qualities such as being proactive, accountable, and efficient in issue resolution, you are the ideal candidate for this role.
