Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing

• Edit engaging

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos

  .
• Add captions, emojis, transitions, sound effects, and motion elements to boost retention.
• Use trending audio, formats, and styles relevant to the brand and niche.

Creative & Trend Execution

• Stay updated with current social media trends and adapt them quickly.
• Understand brand tone and apply it consistently across all videos.
• Suggest creative ideas and hooks to improve reach and engagement.

Delivery & Consistency

• Ensure fast turnaround time and consistent output.
• Maintain quality, pacing, and storytelling in every reel.
• Deliver videos in the correct formats and resolutions for each platform.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  Prior experience editing Reels/Shorts (portfolio or sample work mandatory).

• Tools:

  Proficiency in tools like

  Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar

  .

• Creativity:

  Strong sense of timing, music sync, and visual storytelling.

• Communication:

  Ability to understand feedback and revise quickly.

• Availability:

  Should be able to deliver content consistently on deadlines.

Good to Have (Bonus)

• Experience working with brands, creators, or agencies
