Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Reel Editor located in Patna. The Reel Editor will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing engaging video content for social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and storyboarding video ideas, editing raw footage, adding effects, transitions, and music, ensuring high-quality content delivery, and staying updated with the latest video trends and techniques. Qualifications Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools Experience in creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of video compression techniques and optimization for various platforms Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
