Reel Creator Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a charismatic and dynamic Reel Creator to join our team. This individual should have experience creating engaging content for social media platforms, specifically in the form of Reels and short videos. You should be comfortable creating content using a DSLR, smartphones, tripods, and lapel mics, with the ability to naturally perform in front of the camera. If you are someone who is always on top of social media trends and can recognize a trend before it becomes popular, we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative content in alignment with the social media strategy and content architecture, with a focus on Reels and other short video formats. Identify and build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders within relevant industries. Generate innovative content ideas and curate captivating content for various platforms. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to content creation that resonate with audiences. Be comfortable in front of the camera and bring a unique, innovative approach to every piece of content. Execute the entire process: Act, Shoot, and Edit. Qualifications: Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging social media platforms. Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics. In-depth understanding of the social media marketing industry is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
