Collaborating with the team to develop content strategies that increase reach and engagement, experimenting with different styles of content, and engaging with the audience creatively will be key aspects of your role. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for storytelling, a good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media algorithms, and experience in shooting and editing short-form videos. Basic video editing skills and the ability to think innovatively for content ideas are essential. While on-camera presence is not mandatory, it would be a plus.
