Role Overview

Red Hat Certified Linux Engineer (RHCE/RHCSA)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training on Red Hat Linux (RHCSA, RHCE, and advanced Linux modules) to students and corporate clients.
  
• Design, customize, and implement lab sessions, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenarios for learners.
  
• Provide technical consulting on enterprise Linux solutions for corporate and institutional clients of Technovalley.
  
• Guide students on Red Hat certification exam preparation and ensure high pass rates.
  
• Collaborate with Technovalley’s global academic team to design updated curriculum aligned with industry best practices.
  
• Support Linux-based projects, deployments, and troubleshooting as part of Technovalley’s consulting engagements.
  
• Mentor junior faculty and contribute to community-driven open-source and Linux awareness initiatives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification:

  Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is mandatory. RHCSA, RHCVA, or higher certifications are an added advantage.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on in RHEL, CentOS, Fedora, and related distributions.
  
• Experience in user administration, system configuration, shell scripting, and package management.
  
• Expertise in services like Apache, DNS, DHCP, NFS, FTP, Samba, firewalld, SELinux, etc.
  
• Knowledge of virtualization (KVM/VMware), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Linux on Cloud), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
  

• Experience:

  2–5 years of Linux administration/teaching/consulting experience.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills with a passion for knowledge sharing.
