Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Industry: Consultancy Location: Sector 135, Noida Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives Experience: 1–3 years in Recruitment (Consultancy Background Preferred) Gender: Female Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in consultancy-based hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and clients to fulfill hiring requirements across various domains. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups Understanding client requirements and delivering suitable candidates accordingly Managing job postings on various portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Conducting telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlisting candidates Coordinating with clients for interviews, feedback, and closures Maintaining recruitment reports and trackers Ensuring timely closures of open positions Building and maintaining a candidate database Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes in a consultancy environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using job portals and social media for sourcing Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Good coordination and follow-up skills Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) INTERESTEC CANDIDATES CAN SHARE THEIR RESUME ON - 9310248567 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Recruitment: 1 year (Required) Consultancy industry: 2 years (Required) Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
