Handling end-end recruitment (screening, shortlisting, conducting initial telephonic discussion, processing to client) Source candidates using a variety of platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job portals, News paper adv. etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit Manage candidate pipeline and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process Manage to recruit in various states. Should be familiar with the complete life cycle of the recruitment process Ultimately, the responsibilities of the recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the employees while growing a strong talent pipeline Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
