Role Overview: You will be responsible for recruiting qualified applicants in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on IT/Technology hiring. Your role will involve interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, and external stakeholders. You should be highly skilled in handling multiple senior stakeholders and partners, with an advisory mindset and a strong industry network. Your primary task will be to map talent from similar organizations/industry and stay updated on hiring trends in the industry. Building relationships and cultivating a network of partners both internally and externally will be essential for success in this role.
