Recruitment Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle across functions and geographies.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and build hiring strategies accordingly.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer rollouts.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building.
• Leverage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), consultants, and internal referrals effectively.
• Implement and manage ATS systems and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, diversity mandates, and compliance norms.
• Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 to 3 years in a leador managerial capacity.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing/luxury/retail sectors is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in ATS and HR tools.
• High energy, result-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
