As a Recruitment Intern at Novonesis, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and scheduling appointments.
  • Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Assisting with the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, such as preparing documents and reports.
  • Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Learning and applying best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
