Recruitment Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job descriptions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update status reports regularly.
• Support in preparing job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring coordination.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
