We are hiring Talent Acquisition Executive !!
Education :MBA (HR)/PGDM or any other equivalent management degree
Experience : Minimum 4 years experience in Recruitment and bulk hiring
Conduct end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring requirements.
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet staffing needs.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Manage candidates databases and recruitment tools.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Proven experience in bulk hiring is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Good command over MS office tools
