Job Description:

We are seeking a B.Com fresher to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying potential job seekers within the manufacturing sector, building and maintaining a comprehensive talent database, and supporting the recruitment process by retrieving suitable profiles based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates in the manufacturing industry.
• Build, organize, and maintain an updated databank of job seekers.
• Retrieve and share relevant candidate profiles as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of candidate information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) — Freshers encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and data management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Languages to be known: English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR consultancy domain.
