Handle end-to-end recruitment process for domestic clients (sourcing to closure).
Interact effectively with clients to understand requirements.
Manage candidate engagement sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting.
Ensure timely closures of open positions, including niche and critical roles.
Maintain good relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets within deadlines.
Maintain database of potential candidates and continuously build pipeline.
Key Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills for client & candidate interaction.
Prior experience in domestic hiring (IT/Non-IT).
Strong sourcing skills via job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
Target-oriented with a focus on results and delivery.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments.
