As a Consultant / Senior Consultant at TD Newton & Associates, you will play a crucial role in direct recruiting within the consulting environment, focusing on global Banking and Financial Services and Technology Consulting Corporations. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 2+ years of experience in direct recruiting to work on mid and senior level mandates from global clients. - Understanding the Clients' Requirements for Various Functional Roles and identifying potential candidates who meet these requirements. - Facilitating the entire hiring process from initial search to candidate joining, coordinating with Client Recruiter/HR and Business Managers. - Leveraging search tools such as Job Sites, Social Networking, internal and external Databases, and targeted headhunting to find suitable profiles. - Demonstrating familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems like Taleo would be desirable. - Demonstrating high attention to detail, willingness to educate oneself about clients' business, technical and functional skills, and possessing excellent communication and influencing skills.
