Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Professional, where you'll utilize your expertise in the banking or financial services industry to attract and engage top-tier candidates. As a Recruiting Professional within our Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in the banking or financial services industry to identify and engage high-caliber candidates. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience, all while staying informed about industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organization. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, working closely with candidates and hiring teams. Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the banking, financial services, or tech product industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, including ATS systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
