Recruiting Ops Support Specialist

Job Description: The Recruiting Operations Specialist role involves assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination with the Human Resources team. Your main objective will be to participate in various recruitment initiatives to support the overall business strategy. Responsibilities: - Conducting daily Interview Scheduling between candidates and Interviewers - Coordinating with candidates and Interviewers to schedule calendars - Collaborating with Recruiters and Business managers to manage recruiting initiatives successfully - Supporting multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters and/or Recruiting Managers - Interacting with candidates, Human Resources (HR), and managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience Qualifications: - 1-2 years of relevant experience - Preferred experience with Human Resources policies and practices - Basic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policies - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Demonstrating clear and concise written and verbal communication consistently - Detail-oriented - Proficiency in Ms. Excel and PPT Additional Company Details: If you are a person with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to use the search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review the Accessibility at Citi.
