Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular client communication with weekly progress updates and follow-up calls

• Provide strategic consulting and market insights to clients beyond basic operational support
• Lead and manage team members when assigned, ensuring operational excellence and goal achievement

Job Specifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience conducting professional video consultations
• Ability to work as a strategic consultant rather than just an assistant
• Proficiency in professional business communication standards
