As a Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Opener at Ecolab in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of job requisitions for our team. Your responsibilities will include reviewing new requisitions, validating information, and posting job openings on internal and external platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Review new requisitions and determine readiness for posting - Gather any additional information required to complete job postings - Post requisitions on internal and external job boards based on approvals and role standards You will be accountable for: - Reviewing and editing job requisitions within designated timeframes - Ensuring accuracy in job details such as location, shifts, and wages - Completing all assigned duties accurately and on time Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in job postings and requisition information Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions - Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple requisitions and postings Ecolab, a global sustainability leader, values its talented team members who serve nearly three million customer sites worldwide.
