As a Recruiter at our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of hiring by connecting talent with opportunity. You will be based in Bangalore and the recruitment drive will take place from 12th November to 28th November, exclusively on Monday to Thursday between 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM at TASCoutsourcing-2nd Floor, Aurbis, Concord Building, Richmond Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles. - Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals. - Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews efficiently. - Develop and nurture candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements effectively. Requirements: - Possess a Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Have 0.6 Months to 4 years of experience in recruitment. - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Showcase the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools would be an added advantage.
