You will be working as a Technical/Non Technical Recruiter at apexanalytix, partnering with company management to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business and deliver the best talent. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for roles in India and the US, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System regularly. You will apply job-related criteria to pre-screen applicants, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity standards. Collaboration across time zones and effective management of scheduling and communications with global teams will be essential. You must have an MBA or equivalent degree, along with at least 2 years of recruitment experience focusing on both India and US markets. Experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Rippling), and a strong understanding of US and India hiring processes and compliance are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for people and team building, and prior experience in a high-growth tech startup environment are also essential.
