Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Executive Recruiter, you will be a key member of the team responsible for attracting and recruiting top-tier candidates for senior-level positions. Your role will involve partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs, conducting candidate searches, screening potential candidates, and managing the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and company culture. - Utilize various sourcing strategies to conduct thorough candidate searches. - Screen and qualify candidates based on their experience, skills, and cultural alignment. - Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Stay updated on industry trends and the current job market. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish connections with candidates and clients across different levels. - Excellent presentation and written communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - High level of confidence, with a positive and results-oriented mindset. - Strong organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. - Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
