Recruiter (US Staffing)

As a Recruiter at Avacend, an US Based MNC with PAN India presence, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews in the field of Engineering & Non-IT Recruitment. With a work experience of at least 1 year and educational background of B.E. with M.B.A. in HR, you will utilize your recruitment skills to ensure the successful fulfillment of staffing requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing suitable candidates, screening their resumes, and conducting interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the positions. Additionally, you will be required to manage source compliance documents, conduct background verifications, release offers to selected candidates, and share resumes with the designated email address madhu@avacendsolutions.com. This position is based at TICEL Park, Taramani, Chennai, India, and requires in-office work only. The work week is from Monday to Friday, with night shift hours from 19:00 to 04:00 hrs IST.
