Recruiter/ Talent Aquisition Specialist

One of our Dubai-based clients, a leading recruitment consultancy serving multiple industries, is looking to hire a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Kerala. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Dubai, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition from India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for Dubai-based roles.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates’ suitability against client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and Dubai-based hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the Dubai team to understand client requirements and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
• Immediate availability preferred.
