Location: Kanjur Marg, Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring successfully!

What You’ll Do:

• Source and attract top talent across BFSI / NBFC / Fintech through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment - from JD understanding to onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to align and address talent needs.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate selection processes.

• Maintain recruitment data and track key hiring metrics.

• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and maintain confidentiality
