Job Description

AV Global Advisory Services is actively seeking an experienced and passionate Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with expertise in handling sales recruitment within the banking, NBFC, and insurance / Manufacturing sectors.

Location: Chennai, Avadi (Work from Office Only)

Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Source, screen, and interview candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs.
Maintain and update recruitment databases.
Ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies and meet hiring targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management.

Required Candidate Profile:

Should have worked as Recruiter in consulting firm
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in handling volume hiring and sales recruitment.
Must be able to work from the office in Avadi, Chennai.
