Role Description

Having at least 5 years of experience in schools would be given preference. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Recruiter at Karnavati University (KU). The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the university. The role will involve conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Interviewing and Selection skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in higher education recruitment is a plus
