Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at XpressEdu. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. This includes sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be tasked with building a talent pipeline, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
• Strong skills in candidate pipeline building and database management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
