Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume shortlisting, conducting telephone interviews, assisting in the onboarding process, and supporting resume writing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential for this role.

Role: -Recruiter Non-IT (Salary Up to 25 K)

Key Responsibilities:

Resume Shortlisting:

  • Review and shortlist resumes from various job boards and applications.
  • Ensure shortlisted candidates meet the job requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential candidates.

Telephone Interviews:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the senior recruiter.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.

Onboarding Process:

  • Assist in completing the onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with the senior recruiter.
  • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new employees have a smooth transition.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and address any onboarding-related queries.

Resume Writing Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to candidates on resume writing.
  • Ensure resumes are tailored to job descriptions and highlight key qualifications.
  • Assist in the creation of professional and impactful resumes for internal and external use.

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong resume screening and shortlisting skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting phone interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
  • Experience in onboarding processes and employee orientation.
  • Excellent resume writing and editing skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
