Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Recruiter based in Kozhikode. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing healthcare professionals, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with clients, maintain candidate databases, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide outstanding candidate experiences. A crucial part of your role will involve developing and nurturing relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and source candidates for healthcare positions - Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process - Coordinate with clients and maintain candidate databases - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations - Provide exceptional candidate experiences - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders Qualification Required: - Proficiency in identifying and sourcing candidates - Experience in conducting interviews and managing recruitment processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with maintaining candidate databases and ensuring compliance with regulations - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
