This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. Daily responsibilities include building strong talent pipelines, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to improving recruitment strategies and staying updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
