Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
Conduct headhunting for suitable profiles.
Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) based on requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Support the offer process and on boarding when required.
Demonstrate strong communication and sourcing skills.
Manage multiple roles and meet deadlines effectively.
