AcquiTalent is a growing recruitment firm focused on helping startups and small businesses hire the right talent. We're now looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join us and grow with us!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and records
• Communicate effectively with candidates through email and calls
• Support other recruitment tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with making calls and speaking with candidates
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Basic understanding of recruitment process is a plus
• Laptop & stable internet connection

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Benefits:
