About the Role

Diplom.org is hiring Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialists to join our team in a full-time, remote position. We're looking for individuals who understand recruitment fundamentals and can confidently manage the hiring process. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms, are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Post job ads on platforms like LinkedIn and Internshala
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews
• Assess culture fit and support final hiring decisions
• Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
• Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to find candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using tools like

  Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Email, and Zoom

• Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
• Passion for helping people and building strong teams
• Located in

  India or a similar time zone

Diplom.org is a certification platform offering English level assessments across four key skills: Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Listening. It records video from the camera and screen during evaluations for easy verification. The platform follows the full IELTS-style format and also provides a quick 30-minute evaluation. The Speaking section can include job-seeker screening interview questions, and the resulting English Level Certificates can be seamlessly added to LinkedIn profiles, saving time for both candidates and recruiters.
