Hiring Recruiter (Fresher) at Orane International!!

Location: Sec 82, Mohali
Experience Required: Fresher

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic calls to potential candidates for open positions.
• Explain job roles, requirements, and company culture to applicants.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining.
• Assist in documentation and onboarding process for selected candidates.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi, English preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Confidence in making outbound calls.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
