Screening and Interviewing: Reviewing applications, conducting phone and video interviews, and assessing candidate skills and experience. Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from initial contact to offer and onboarding. Negotiating Salaries and Contracts: Working with candidates to agree on appropriate compensation and contract terms. Building Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to foster a strong pipeline.
