Recruiter (digital/ecommerce)

Responsibilities

Scan job search websites and inbound channels for potential recruits and contact those candidates personallySource/headhunt targeted profiles from linkedin and other formal networks for specific JD’s as per hiring manager needsWork with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent across teams and rolesReview and analyze resumes and qualify them based on role and cultural fitment and drive closures with respective hiring managersInterview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniquesIntroduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training processServe as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employeesComplete all new-hire onboardings and paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job

Requirements
