Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at CUTE SOLUTIONS (CUTE PHARMA JOBS) located in Tiruchirappalli. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, interviewing, and matching applicants with job openings. They will also manage the interview process, conduct background checks, and maintain candidate records. Furthermore, the Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and expectations, and implement recruiting strategies to fill open positions efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience in Sourcing and Attracting Candidates
Interviewing and Matching Applicants with Job Openings
Conducting Background Checks and Maintaining Candidate Records
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
Knowledge of Employment Laws and Hiring Processes
Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a Plus
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Related Field
Freshers from any degree with good communication skill.
