Job Description

**Candidate must be having business/sales side experience with IT Recruitment company NOT IN Recruitment side experience and must be having good IT clients for recruitment.**


Location : Remote (Hybrid in Gurgaon)

Role : Full-time or Part-time

Notice Period : 15 day or less if full-time.

Salary : upto 3 LPA + incentives

Roles:

  • We are hiring BDM for Indian IT recruitment.
  • Should have good experience in hiring recruitment business.
  • Should have hand on experience permanent hiring.
  • Coordinating with Recruitment Team to full fill client requirements with monster, Naukri job portals.
  • Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives & meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Market research using various social platforms, competitor mapping, attending exhibitions and conferences to explore potential business relationship opportunities for end to end HR services.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Build a team of sales managers to handle day to day activities of key accounts and achieve assigned sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Focused and goal-oriented
