Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive sourcing and talent acquisition for data analytics and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates for technical positions, deep knowledge of the analytics/tech talent market, and the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver on ambitious hiring goals.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for data analytics, data science, engineering, and technology roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and business context.
  • Source candidates using advanced search techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, and niche data/tech communities.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, including initial interviews and technical evaluations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Track and optimize key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, diversity, etc.).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and technology hiring.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and other recruiters to drive process improvements and hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 – 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on data analytics, data science, engineering, or technology roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and use of sourcing tools/automation.
  • Familiarity with analytics and technology stacks (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop).
  • Experience evaluating candidates for technical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Preferred/Desirable

  • Experience recruiting for advanced analytics (ML engineers, AI researchers, NLP specialists) is a plus.
  • Exposure to global or multi-location hiring.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) relevant to analytics roles.
